Sharda Institute of Computer Education (SICE), run by the Kendra at Anand Nagar and Jagti, gives community youth the digital skills to become self-reliant, affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission.

Dr. Meenakshi Kilam, Rector Kathua Campus, University of Jammu, was chief guest and stressed positivity among the students; Dr. Sunil Wanchoo, Dean of Sciences, SMVD University, was guest of honour.
Sh. M. K. Bhat, General Secretary, told that Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra is working across different areas to protect and preserve the rich cultural ethos of Kashmir. The function concluded with Vande Mataram.

Certificates were issued to students who completed their diploma courses at the Jagti centre. Dr. Meenakshi Kilam was chief guest and Dr. M. K. Bharat, Chairman, presided. Students presented a Kashmiri Shiv bhajan and patriotic songs.
